Thanks for stopping by. I've been working with clay for about 10 years. I'm influenced by natural materials and colors, my day job working with kids, and the spontaneous, willful nature of clay. Sometimes it's nice to recognize that I'm not always in control and in charge. Clay will often tell me what it will or won't do, even if I wanted to go in a different direction. Working with clay (and kids) has taught me a lot about patience and letting go, and has led to work that I'm proud to say came from my hands.
